4Drive St Maarten functions as an intermediary booking platform. We connect you with independent local rental companies operating on Sint Maarten. When you complete a reservation through our system, you enter into a direct agreement with the rental company listed in your voucher. We process your booking advance and facilitate the introduction - the actual rental contract exists between you and that provider.

Liability and Responsibility

The rental company named in your voucher bears full responsibility for the vehicle condition, insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and compliance with local regulations. 4Drive St Maarten acts solely as a booking intermediary. We do not own, maintain, or operate any vehicles. Claims regarding vehicle performance, accidents, damage assessments, or deposit handling must be directed to the rental company specified in your confirmation documents.

Booking Advance and Payment

The advance payment you submit secures your reservation. This amount is transferred to the rental company. Any additional charges - including optional extras, fuel policies, or deposit requirements - are handled directly at the rental counter. Review your voucher carefully; it specifies what the advance covers and what remains payable on-site.

Modifications and Cancellations

Processing depends on the provider's specific terms. Time-sensitive requests should be made promptly - we cannot override partner policies.

Voucher and Documentation

Your voucher serves as proof of reservation. Present it at pickup along with a valid driver's license and any other documents specified. The rental company verifies eligibility and completes the handover according to their operational procedures. Keep digital and printed copies accessible throughout your stay on the island.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten. Disputes arising from bookings made through 4Drive St Maarten fall under local jurisdiction. The rental agreement itself is subject to the terms established by the provider listed in your voucher.
